Utah Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship (CSOS)

AMP Mathematics and Utah CSOS: provider application status, family resources and what to confirm before purchasing.

Reviewed

Who can use it

CSOS serves qualifying Utah students with disabilities. Children First Education Fund administers eligibility, awards and purchasing rules. It is separate from Utah Fits All and the legacy Carson Smith Scholarship.

How to use this route

Corpora’s CSOS provider application is submitted. Review and curriculum purchase eligibility remain pending.

  1. Check current student eligibility, award requirements and the fund-use guide with Children First Education Fund.
  2. Wait for confirmed provider and purchase eligibility before ordering AMP with scholarship funds. A submitted application is not approval.
  3. Keep the administrator’s authorization, purchase records and any refund adjustments.

Documents to keep

  • Student, product description, seller and order reference.
  • Amount paid, access dates and funding confirmation; follow the administrator’s exact documentation requirements.

Use the program’s secure submission process for personal documents. Do not send account credentials or full payment details to Corpora.

Limits to check

  • Do not buy AMP expecting reimbursement based on this application status.
  • Program-funded refunds must follow CFEF’s instructions and return to the program, not be paid to the family.
