Who can use it
IEA serves qualifying Tennessee K–12 students with disabilities. Families must apply and receive an award. IEA is separate from Tennessee ESA and EFS.
How to use this route
Use the IEA card for an eligible purchase. Personal spending is not reimbursed.
- Confirm your student’s award and the exact AMP license with IEA.
- Check license dates and card acceptance with Corpora.
- Pay with the student’s IEA Way2Go card.
- Report the expense and receipt in the IEA portal within five calendar days of purchase.
Documents to keep
- Purchase or service date and vendor name.
- Item description, amount and proof of payment or zero balance.
Use the program’s secure submission process for personal documents. Do not send account credentials or full payment details to Corpora.
Limits to check
- Purchases must benefit the funded student. Confirm access dates against the July–June contract year.
- A bank statement alone is not a receipt.
- Refund to the original IEA card where possible. Report refunds within 15 calendar days; returned funds must reach the department within 15 calendar days of cancellation or return.
