Who can use it
Eligible Oklahoma taxpayers paying qualifying homeschool expenses may claim a refundable credit of up to $1,000 per eligible student. This guide concerns homeschool expenses; the private-school application and enrollment-number process is separate.
How to use this route
Read the homeschool section of the Tax Commission’s taxpayer page and confirm the student and expense qualify.
- Read the homeschool section of the Tax Commission’s taxpayer page and confirm the student and expense qualify.
- Check how the exact AMP license, included printables and access period fit the rules. Do not assume an annual subscription remains eligible across enrollment changes.
- Keep proof for each learner. Claim the credit with your Oklahoma income-tax return for the year the eligible expense was paid, using that year’s Form 591-D and required attachments.
Documents to keep
- Legible paid receipt showing seller, purchased item, date and amount.
- Records identifying the learner and the share of a shared expense.
- Refund records and any documents required by the current-year form.
Use the program’s secure submission process for personal documents. Do not send account credentials or full payment details to Corpora.
Limits to check
- A shared expense may be claimed only once. Public/private-school enrollment semesters and associated breaks have exclusions under the rules.
- The retrieved Form 591-D is the 2025 edition; use the edition for your actual tax year.
- The maximum is not a guaranteed saving or a discount on AMP.
