Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)

Arizona ESA reimbursement rules for AMP Mathematics: check subscription dates, prepare payment evidence and understand what remains unconfirmed before buying.

Who can use it

This guide is for families with an active Arizona ESA contract. ADE determines whether a particular educational purchase is allowable for the student. Confirm the contract is signed and effective before making a purchase.

How to use this route

Ask ADE about the exact AMP subscription and access dates before paying. Reimbursement and marketplace approval are separate routes.

  1. Check the handbook linked by ADE and ask which rules apply to your contract year. The linked handbook is labeled 2025–26; confirm requirements for a 2026–27 purchase.
  2. Describe AMP as educational software with printable learning materials. Ask ADE to confirm the expense category, exact access dates and any required supporting curriculum documents.
  3. If ADE confirms the proposed purchase is allowable, keep the itemized paid receipt or invoice with separate payment proof. An unpaid quote is not proof of payment.
  4. Use the reimbursement route linked from ADE’s official instructions. Select the correct student, complete bank verification and upload the required evidence. Keep the submission reference and respond to requests for clarification.

Documents to keep

  • Seller name, address and contact information; purchase date and receipt or transaction reference.
  • Itemized product description and charges, total paid, and the subscription access dates.
  • Student name where required; an invoice must identify the student and include its issue date, number and service dates.
  • Payment evidence and any curriculum or category-specific documents requested by ADE. Ask support for missing or corrected purchase documents.

Use the program’s secure submission process for personal documents. Do not send account credentials or full payment details to Corpora.

Limits to check

  • The linked handbook limits online subscriptions to the contract year, July 1–June 30. A rolling annual AMP license may extend past June 30. Confirm the exact term; do not split an annual receipt yourself.
  • ADE’s general reimbursement page requests a credential. Ask which evidence applies to educational software; AMP is not live tutoring or private-school tuition.
  • Confirm your contract-year submission deadline. Request only the eligible amount after refunds or other reimbursement.

Questions from families

Does a purchase receipt guarantee reimbursement?

No. It proves purchase facts. ADE decides whether the expense is allowable for the student and contract year.

What if I request a refund after claiming reimbursement?

Tell Corpora whether your reimbursement is pending or already paid. Notify the program and follow its correction or return instructions. Do not retain ESA reimbursement for a refunded expense. See the AMP refund policy for the refund window and payment route.
